Things are progressing nicely with the purchase of the adjoining Farmstead to create our eco-village but we do still have land available for sale!

All lots/property come with access to central community ‘mandala’ permaculture farm, riverside, free food store, barns and workshop space. An eco village community made up of vegans on one side and non-vegans on the other. (Intentional community one side and freehold the other)

We have had lots of offers we’ve sadly turned down because ecological alignment is so important to us but here is what is definitely still available (with reduced prices as the jigsaw is a financial one so we can share savings!). As we are still waiting on title deeds, only some of these purchases can go to conveyancing immediately.
